ORDER (see attached) directing Plaintiff to amend its Complaint to cure defects in pleading -- i.e, clarify name(s) of intended plaintiff(s) and allege the identities and citizenship of all members of Plaintiff and the two Defendant limited li ability companies in the action -- on or before January 18, 2013. Upon review of an amended complaint, the Court will determine whether "diversity of citizenship" subject matter jurisdiction exists.
