ORDER. Petitioner's 4 Motion to Vacate the Sentence under Section 2255 is GRANTED. An amended judgment will be entered separately in USA v. All other provisions of the Judgment dated October 21, 2008 (Crim. Dkt., ECF No. 72), will remain in effect. Because he has served more than 120 months of prison time for this conviction, Petitioner is entitled to immediate release. The Clerk shall provide copies of this memorandum and order and of the amended judgment to Petitioner at the institutional address from which his recent motions were received, and to the Bureau of Prisons by fax or email.
