The Motion is granted with respect to Wilsons claims under the Fifth, Eighth, and Fourteenth Amendments in Count One; all claims against Lieutenant Cummings, Sergeants Delgado, Lync h, and Belinkie, and Officers Orlando Rosado, Ivan Garcia, Nicole Donawa, and Jose Bahr in their individual and official capacities; and all claims against the remaining defendants in their official capacities. The Motion is denied with respect to th e excessive force and intentional infliction of emotional distress claims against Captain Stolze and the negligent infliction of emotional distress claims against Captain Stolze, Officer Boulay, and Officer Pomales.
