ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the attached Order, Plaintiff's Motion 27 for Summary Judgment is GRANTED and Defendant's Cross-Motion 32 for Summary Judgment is DENIED. Declaratory judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff that it is not bound to arbitrate Defendant's insurance coverage claims arising out of this Project. The Court DENIES Defendant's requested transfer to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. There remaining no further claims, the Clerk is directed to close the case.
