ORDER. The Court has reviewed the 1 Complaint, as required by 28 U.S.C. Section 1915A. All federal law claims are DISMISSED, and the Court declines to take supplemental jurisdiction over the state law claims. The Clerk is directed to close this case. If the plaintiff can allege facts to correct the deficiencies identified in this order, he may file a motion to reopen together with an amended complaint within 30 days from the date of this order.
