For the reasons set forth in the attached order, the petition for writ of habeas corpus (Docs. # 1 , # 10 ) is DENIED. Moreover, because petitioner has not made a substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right, see 28 U.S.C. § 2253(c)(2), no certificate of appealability shall enter.
