July 3, 2018	Filing 18 ORDER. For the reasons set forth in the attached, the defendant's motion to dismiss (ECF No. 14) is hereby GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. I conclude that the Court lacks personal jurisdiction over the defendant. Rather than dismissing th e case, however, I conclude that it is in the interest of justice to transfer it to the Middle District of Tennessee under 28 U.S.C. § 1406(a).
