June 11, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 16 ELECTRONIC ORDER denying as moot Plaintiff's #14 Motion to Expose Hypnosis & Destroyed Evidence Punishment from a $20,000 Bond Violated the 8th Amendment. It is unclear exactly what relief Plaintiff is seeking, but he also asks in his motion to transfer his case assigned to Judge Arterton. Doc. #14 at 1. Plaintiff has also filed #15 A Revised Complaint of Severe Judicial Branch Injustice & Conspiracy This is Now a Landmark Case.In an order dated June 6, 2019, the court dismissed Plaintiff's #1 Complaint with prejudice and directed the Clerk of Court to close the case. Doc. #13 . As such, Plaintiff's #14 Motion is denied as moot. The Court has also reviewed the #15 Revised Complaint, finding that it does not provide any reasonable basis for the Court to reconsider the dismissal of this case based upon res judicata. However, it appears from the docket that the #13 Order has yet to be mailed to Plaintiff, meaning he does not have notice that his case was closed. Accordingly, the Court will not consider these filings as grounds to impose sanctions upon Plaintiff, but repeats its admonition in the #13 Order to Plaintiff to refrain from any further filings in this case. May 21, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 8 ORDER granting #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff has filed a motion seeking to proceed without prepayment of fees, costs or security therefor, which includes an affidavit regarding his current financial circumstances. See Doc. #2 . In plaintiff's motion, he states that he has been unemployed since 2007. See id. at 3. Plaintiff has limited assets, and supports himself through the receipt of $1,026 in monthly government benefits, which leaves him with less than $100 in discretionary income each month. See id. at 3-5. Plaintiff has outstanding debt. See id. at 4. At this stage, such allegations are sufficient to establish that plaintiff is unable to pay the ordinary filing fees required by the Court. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(1). Accordingly, plaintiff's #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED. In light of this order, plaintiff's #5 Motion to Expedite Fee Waiver is TERMINATED as moot. It is so ordered.
