Filing 12 ORDER DISMISSING CASE: Pro se plaintiff, Julia A. Stiber, filed her Complaint in this action on December 23, 2019, together with a Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis. See Doc Nos. 1 & 2. On January 6, 2020, Judge Sarah A.L. Merriam issued a Recommended Ruling denying the Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis and directing plaintiff to file an amended complaint or supplement to her Complaint by January 27, 2020.On January 31, 2020, the court affirmed, adopted and ratified the Recommended Ruling, absent objection.The plaintiff having failed to file a renewed motion to proceed in forma pauperis or pay the court's filing fee, and having failed to file an amended complaint by January 27, 2020, this case is dismissed without prejudice to reopening if the plaintiff complies with the directives set forth in the Recommended Ruling. Filing 8 RECOMMENDED RULING denying #2 motion to proceed in forma pauperis. For the reasons set forth in the attached Recommended Ruling and Order, the Court recommends that plaintiff's #2 motion to proceed in forma pauperis be DENIED, without prejudice, in light of the apparent conflicts in the information provided to the Court. The Court further directs plaintiff to provide supplemental information regarding her complaint. Plaintiff shall review the attached Recommended Ruling and Order for details and deadlines. The attached is a recommended ruling. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(b)(1). Any objections to a recommended ruling must be filed with the Clerk of the Court within fourteen (14) days after the filing of the ruling. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(b)(2). "Any party receiving notice of an order or recommended ruling from the Clerk by mail shall have five (5) additional days to file any objection." D. Conn. L. Civ. R. 72.2(a). Plaintiff receives notice by mail. Accordingly, any objection must be filed on or before January 27, 2020. Failure to file an objection within this time frame will preclude appellate review. See 28 U.S.C. 636(b)(1); Rules 72, 6(a) and 6(d) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure; D. Conn. L. Civ. R. 72.2(a); Small v.
