ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO REMAND (Doc. #13 ). In light of plaintiff's filing of a stipulation that she will not seek damages in excess of $75,000 exclusive of interest and costs if this case is remanded to state court (Doc. #20), the Court GRANTS plaintiff's motion to remand to the Connecticut Superior Court, Judicial District of Fairfield. Because defendant's only objection was the lack of a stipulation which has now been cured, the Clerk of Court shall REMAND this action forthwith and without waiting the ten days that is ordinarily required under D.
