Filing 22 Case remanded to Connecticut Superior Court, Judicial District of Fairfield. (Freberg, B) |
Filing 21 ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO REMAND (Doc. #13 ). In light of plaintiff's filing of a stipulation that she will not seek damages in excess of $75,000 exclusive of interest and costs if this case is remanded to state court (Doc. #20), the Court GRANTS plaintiff's motion to remand to the Connecticut Superior Court, Judicial District of Fairfield. Because defendant's only objection was the lack of a stipulation which has now been cured, the Clerk of Court shall REMAND this action forthwith and without waiting the ten days that is ordinarily required under D. Conn. L. Civ. R. 83.7. It is so ordered. Signed by Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer on 11/25/2020. (Freberg, B) |
