November 22, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 7 ORDER granting #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff has filed a motion seeking to proceed without payment of fees and costs, which motion includes a declaration under penalty of perjury as to her current financial circumstances. See ECF No. 2. The declaration states that she is unemployed; that she is substantially living off her husband's unemployment check; and that her family's monthly expenses exceed income by a considerable amount. These allegations are sufficient to establish that she is unable to pay the ordinary filing fees required by the Court. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(1). Her motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is therefore granted. Signed by Judge Thomas O. Farrish on 11/22/21. (Wood, R.)
