ELECTRONIC ORDER denying as moot defendant Total Chimney Care LLC's #18 and #19 Motions for Extension of Time. In order to determine whether it possesses subject matter jurisdiction over this action, the Court has entered an #22 Order on Subject Matter Jurisdiction, which has stayed the case deadlines pending submission of affidavit(s) by Plaintiff regarding each Defendant's citizenship for purposes of diversity jurisdiction. The deadlines for Total Chimney Care LLC to respond to Plaintiff's #1 Complaint and to Bronko Construction LLC's #11 cross-claim are thus stayed until the Court determines whether the action may proceed. Upon making that determination, the Court will re-set the deadlines for Total Chimney Care LLC's responses and enter new case deadlines upon consideration of those proposed by the parties in their #21 Report of Rule 26(f) Planning Meeting.
