The Stipulation, including all terms therein, is APPROVED by the COURT. As to the preliminary injunction hearing, the Court ADOPTS the parties' proposed briefing deadlines. ELECTRONIC ORDER. Plaintiff Tolland Petroleum LLC has filed an application for a Temporary Restraining Order ("TRO") [Doc. #2 ] which, if granted, would restrain Defendants Alliance Energy LLC and Global Montello Group Corp. (herein "Defendants") by "maintaining the status quo" between the parties with respect to Plaintiff's franchise agreement with Defendants under the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act ("PMPA"), 15 U.S.C. 2801, et seq., as the status quo "existed on July 13, 2022." Doc. #2 -2, at 11. Specifically, the requested TRO would "prohibit[ ] nonrenewal, dispossession or other interference" by Defendants with Plaintiff's "franchise pending further order of the Court." Id. Defendants have each appeared in the action through "Notice of Appearance" of counsel [Doc. #3 ] so have electronic access to the Complaint [Doc. #1 ] and the pending Motion for TRO [Doc. #2 ]. Defendants may consent to the requested TRO relief without prejudice to the underlying issues, or oppose entry of a TRO. If the Defendants oppose a TRO, their counsel must file papers in opposition not later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday, July 27, 2022. Per Plaintiff's application, an expedited hearing on the requested TRO will take place before this Court on Friday, July 29, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. by Zoom. If Defendants' counsel fails to file responsive papers and/or fails to appear at the Zoom hearing, the Court will decide the TRO application on the present record. SO ORDERED.
