In 2000 the firm bearing their name merged with Pullman & Comley, the law firm representing Defendant in this action. Prior to this merger, both of undersigneds parents had retired and one had died. Prior to and for many years after the merger, undersigneds mother occupied her personal office within the firms Hartford office from which she primarily operated a non-profit.
