ORDER granting #7 Motion to Approve Consent Judgment. The Court has reviewed the #7 Unopposed Motion for Entry of Consent Judgments, the Defendant and Relief Defendants' Consents regarding the same and the Proposed Judgments as to the Defendant and each Relief Defendant. The Court has also reviewed the Complaint filed in this matter and the nature and scope of the alleged wrongdoing. Finally, the Court has assessed whether the proposed Consent Judgments are fair and reasonable under the directives of S.E.C. v. Citigroup Global Markets, Inc., 752 F.3d 285 (2d Cir. 2014). On the present record, the Court concludes that the proposed Consent Judgments as to the Defendant and each of the Relief Defendants are fair and reasonable under the circumstances presented.
