ORDER. Plaintiff has failed to file an appearance in this action by December 4, 2024. Defendant has also been unable to reach Plaintiff, despite multiple attempts to do so, to complete the Form AO-121 and to prepare the 26(f) report. See ECF Nos. #22 , #31 . Accordingly, the Court will not issue a scheduling order. Pursuant to Local Rule 41(a), the Court will dismiss this case for failure to prosecute if Plaintiff fails to appear and explain the reasons for her failure to prosecute by January 2, 2025.
