ORAL ORDER: The Court, having received the request of garnishee FCStone Merchant Services, LLC for an expedited hearing pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. Supp. R. E(4)(f) (D.I. 16), hereby ORDERS that, by no later than close of business on October 12, 2021, the parties shall meet and confer regarding a briefing and hearing schedule for the Writ of Garnishment. On or before October 13, 2021, the parties shall submit a stipulation setting forth a proposed briefing and hearing schedule. The stipulation shall also specify whether live witness testimony is anticipated and, if so, how many live witnesses are likely to testify. If the parties cannot reach agreement, they shall submit a status report of no more than 3 single-spaced pages setting forth their respective positions by the October 13, 2021 deadline. The Court will hold a teleconference on October 14, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. to discuss the logistics of scheduling and hearing argument. Ordered by Judge Sherry R. Fallon on 10/8/2021. (lih)
