ORDER granting 2 Motion to Dismiss; denying 4 Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction; granting 6 Motion to Change Venue. For the reasons set forth in this Order, it is hereby ORDERED that the Superior Court's motion to dismiss is GRAN TED. It is further ORDERED that the motion to dismiss or in the alternative to transfer venue filed by Aurora Loan and Aurora Bank is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. It is further ORDERED that the claims against Aurora Loan and Aurora Bank are transferred to the Northern District of California and this case is therefore transferred to that District.
