It is further ORDERED that Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLC's motion for leave to intervene as a defendant 33 is GRANTED, subject to one condition. In addition, the Court reaffirms its earlier decision granting Watson Laboratories, Inc. leave to intervene as a defendant, see Minute Order (Aug. 15, 2017), subject to the same condition.
