MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons stated herein, Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment, Dkt. 53 , and Defendant's motion to dismiss, Dkt. 50 , are DENIED. It is further ORDERED that (1) Plaintiff shall show cause, on or befo re March 29, 2021, why its claim against Salah Edin Hassan Ahmed should not be dismissed for failure to effect service as previously ordered by the Court and as required by the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act; and (2) the parties shall appear by tel ephone for a status conference to address further proceedings in this matter on April 8, 2021 at 12:15 p.m. The Courtroom Deputy Clerk shall provide the parties with the relevant telephonic access information. It is further ORDERED that the Clerk's entry of default against the Central Bank of Sudan and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forests, Dkt. 22 , 23 , is hereby VACATED, and those parties are hereby DISMISSED from the case. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff shall promptly re-serve the Agricultural Bank of Sudan and Ahmed within forty-five (45) days, in strict compliance with the Court's opinion, or file a report with the Court on or before March 8, 2019, explaining why service could not be timely effectuated.
