March 13, 2019 Opinion or Order MINUTE ORDER (paperless) DIRECTING the plaintiff to provide, by March 19, 2019, his residential mailing address to the Clerk of the Court, as required by this Court's local rules. See LCvR 5.1(c); LCvR 11.1. The Court previously issued its #3 Standing Order and an #7 Order that the plaintiff shall file, by March 7, 2019, any opposition to the government's #5 Motion to Dismiss.
