February 15, 2019 Opinion or Order MINUTE ORDER: The Court held a hearing on February 15, 2019, in response to Plaintiff's Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order and a Preliminary Injunction. See Order, ECF No. #8 ; Notice of Removal, ECF No. #1 , Ex. A (containing Motion). Based on recent developments, Plaintiff agreed to withdraw her Motion. Accordingly, that Motion is hereby WITHDRAWN. The parties agreed to the following briefing schedule for Defendant's #4 Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint. Plaintiff shall file a response by MARCH 18, 2019. Defendant's reply, if any, shall be due by MARCH 29, 2019. The Clerk of Court shall mail a copy of this Minute Order to Plaintiff at her address of record.
