MINUTE ORDER: The Court has received Defendants' #7 Consent Motion for Extension of Time, filed on July 15, 2019. Defendants request an extension of the July 15, 2019, deadline for their answer or other response to Plaintiffs' Complaint. Defendants have not abided by the Court's standing order requiring that any motion for extension of time be submitted at least four business days prior to the deadline. Order Establishing Procedures for Cases Assigned to Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly, ECF No. #3 , ¶ 7(A). However, Defendants indicate that they only hired their counsel on the date that this motion was filed. Nor do Defendants expressly state that they conferred with Plaintiffs' counsel prior to filing this motion. See Local Civil Rule 7(m). Nevertheless, the Court shall accept Defendants' representation that this is a "Consent Motion." Accordingly, the Court shall GRANT nunc pro tunc Defendants' #7 Consent Motion for Extension of Time, for good cause shown.
