MINUTE ORDER: The Court will hold a telephonic scheduling conference regarding Plaintiff's application for a temporary restraining order and permanent injunction on Thursday, September 12, 2019 at 3:00 PM. Plaintiff shall provide Defendant and/or defense counsel with actual notice of both the application and this Order as soon as possible to ensure their presence at the conference. The parties shall contact Courtroom Deputy Lauren Jenkins at Lauren_Jenkins@dcd.uscourts.gov to obtain dial-in information. Although the Court has granted Plaintiff's motion for electronic filing access, it directs that she either complete the on-line tutorial described in Local Civil Rule 5.4(b)(2) or file a certification that she has been permitted to file electronically in other federal courts.
