Plaintiff further indicates that Defendants consent to rescheduling the Initial Scheduling Conference. Accordingly, for good cause and with the parties' consent, this Motion is GRANTED. The December 17, 2019 date for the Initial Scheduling Conference is vacated and the Conference shall be rescheduled for DECEMBER 30, 2019 at 10:30 AM in Courtroom 28A.
