SCHEDULING MINUTE ORDER: Upon consideration of the parties' joint status report, Dkt. #10 , it is hereby ORDERED that the parties will file any motions to amend pleadings or join additional parties on or before September 22, 2020. It is further ORDERED that the parties shall exchange initial disclosures pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(1) on or before October 8, 2020. Parties are ORDERED to complete fact discovery, including any answers to interrogatories, document production, admissions, depositions, and expert discovery on or before February 5, 2021. It is further ORDERED that the number of interrogatories shall be limited to 25 interrogatories propounded by any one party or another party, that the number of requests for admission shall be limited to 25 requests propounded by one party or another party, that the number of depositions is limited to 10 per party, and that the duration of each deposition is limited pursuant to LCvR 26.2(c). As to expert evidence, it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff's expert report(s) shall be served on or before November 7, 2020, Defendants' expert report(s) shall be served on or before December 7, 2020, and Plaintiff's expert rebuttal report(s) shall be served on or before December 21, 2020. The parties are ORDERED to appear telephonically for a post-discovery status conference to take place on February 24, 2021 at 10:30 a.m..
