MINUTE ORDER. Upon consideration of the parties' #9 Joint Motion for Briefing Schedule, it is ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED. Accordingly, the following schedule shall govern further proceedings in this case: (1) the defendants shall certify and produce the administrative record to the plaintiff, and file with the Court a certified list of the contents of the administrative record, on or before October 9, 2020; (2) the plaintiff shall file its motion for summary judgment on or before October 23, 2020; (3) the defendants shall file their combined opposition and cross-motion for summary judgment on or before November 23, 2020; (4) the plaintiff shall file its opposition to the defendants' cross-motion and reply in support of its own motion for summary judgment on or before December 7, 2020; (5) the defendants shall file their reply in further support of their cross-motion for summary judgment on or before December 21, 2020; and (6) the parties shall file, on or before January 11, 2021, a joint appendix containing the portions of the administrative record relied on by either party. The deadline for the defendants to answer the plaintiff's #1 Complaint shall be suspended pending the Court's resolution of the parties' cross-motions for summary judgment.
