MINUTE ORDER. After review of the Parties' #9 Joint Motion to Stay, it is hereby ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED and that the action is STAYED in its entirety pending completion of arbitration proceedings. It is further ORDERED that the Parties shall file a Joint Status Report informing the Court of the status of the arbitration proceeding by May 25, 2021. It is further ORDERED that the Parties shall promptly notify the Court of the outcome of the arbitration proceeding and whether they wish the Court to confirm any arbitration award and/or otherwise continue with this action in this Court. It is further ORDERED that the Court shall retain jurisdiction over this matter to further enforce the provisions of the Parties' agreement regarding arbitration and any post-arbitration award proceedings.
