MINUTE ORDER. Upon review of #5 Plaintiff's Motion to reconsider the order of dismissal under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g), ECF No. 4, the motion presents no grounds for relief under either Rule 59 or Rule 60 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiff's bare assertion that he has no qualifying dismissals under 1915(g) is simply false. Accordingly, Plaintiff's Motion is DENIED. Signed by Judge Carl J.
