MINUTE ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. Defendant Nazha Ben Chaln's time to file a response to the #1 Complaint expired on July 26, 2021, and Defendant Joint U.S.-Arab Chamber of Commerce LLC's time to file a response expired on August 10, 2021. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 81(c)(2)(B). Neither has responded, and nor have Plaintiffs filed for entry of default. It is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiffs shall, by August 31, 2021, SHOW CAUSE as to why the claims against Defendants should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute. This Show Cause Order may be fulfilled by invoking the appropriate procedures for entry of default in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 55.
