MINUTE ORDER. Petitioners' recent #1 request to access the four videos discussed during the April 5, 2021 detention hearing before this Court in United States v. McKellop, 21-cr-268-CJN, is hereby GRANTED. The video footage was presented in open court, is not subject to a sealing order, and both the government and the defendant have indicated (in response to an inquiry from the Court) that they do not oppose the release. The Court therefore ORDERS the government promptly to make the video exhibits available, including by providing access using the "drop box" technical solution described in Standing Order 21-28, In re Media Access to Video Exhibits in Pretrial Capitol Cases. Petitioners' further #1 request to set aside Chief Judge Howell's Standing Order 21-28 is hereby DENIED. The Court takes no position on the constitutionality of Standing Order 21-28.
