May 24, 2022 Opinion or Order MINUTE ORDER. Upon consideration of the parties' #10 Meet and Confer Statement, the Court adopts the following deadlines: any motion to join additional parties or amend the pleadings shall be filed on or before July 20, 2022; discovery shall close on or before January 20, 2023; and the parties shall file a joint post-discovery status report on or before February 3, 2023. That status report shall advise the Court whether (a) the parties request referral for mediation or settlement; (b) dispositive motions are anticipated; or (c) the parties request a date for a pretrial conference. Before bringing any discovery dispute to the Court's attention, the parties shall confer in good faith in an attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute informally, they shall jointly send an email to the Court (at Friedrich_Chambers@dcd.uscourts.gov) that provides a clear, concise description of the issues in dispute and proposes dates and times for a teleconference to discuss those issues.
