MINUTE ORDER: Before the Court is Defendants' #9 Consent Motion of Time for Defendants Medici Road, Inc. and Thomas Houston to Answer or Otherwise Respond to Complaint, filed August 31, 2022. To afford the parties further opportunity to engage in settlement discussions, Defendants request an extension of time, from August 31, 2022 to September 30, 2022, to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's #1 Complaint. As Plaintiff consents, and upon good cause shown, Defendants' #9 Consent Motion of Time for Defendants Medici Road, Inc. and Thomas Houston to Answer or Otherwise Respond to Complaint is GRANTED. Defendants shall answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's #1 Complaint on or before September 30, 2022.The parties shall note that, per the Court's #5 Order, all requests for extensions of time must be filed at least four business days prior to the affected deadline.
