Blinken, 22-cv-1381; Daif v. Blinken, 22-cv-2474; Mavlonova v. Blinken, 22-cv-2400; and Vokhobov v. Blinken, 22-cv-2128 shall be governed jointly by the following schedule: Defendants' opposition shall be filed on or before September 16, 2022, and Plaintiffs' reply, if any, shall be filed on or before September 19, 2022. It is further ORDERED that the parties' submissions shall distinguish any arguments unique to the plaintiffs in each case rather than repeating arguments that have already been expressed in Khamrabaeva v. Blinken, 22-cv-1219, which may be incorporated by reference.
