R. Civ. P. 55, it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff SHOW CAUSE, in writing, by February 27, 2023, why the case should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution. Assuming Plaintiff intends to further prosecute the case, the Court further ORDERS Plaintiff to file by February 27, 2023 a Notice with the Court indicating whether any individual or corporate, non-LLC owner of D&E Security & Logistics, LLC (or any individual or corporate, non-LLC owner of any LLC owner of the entity) is a citizen of Washington, D.C., which could implicate the Court's diversity jurisdiction.
