MINUTE ORDER granting Plaintiff's #2 Ex Parte Motion for Leave to File Address Ex Parte and under Seal. Local Rule 5.1(c)(1) requires a party to provide her "full residence address" in her "first filing." A party who "does not wish to appear on the public docket," may "omit the address and simultaneously file [it] under seal," but that information will be available to "the opposing party." Id. This Court, however, has discretion to exempt Plaintiff from that requirement for good cause if doing so will not prejudice Defendant. See Yaman v. U.S. Dept of State, 786 F. Supp. 2d 148, 151-54 (D.D.C. 2011). Upon consideration of Plaintiff's #2 Ex Parte Motion for Leave to File Address Ex Parte and under Seal, the Court finds that Plaintiff has shown good cause and that Defendant will suffer no prejudice. Thus, it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff's #2 Ex Parte Motion for Leave to File Address Ex Parte and under Seal is GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff shall file ex parte and under seal her full residence address by April 5, 2023, or risk dismissal of the case. See LCvR 5.1(c)(1). Signed by Judge Timothy J.
