MINUTE ORDER. Upon consideration of the plaintiff's #13 Motion to Stay, the motion is GRANTED IN PART. The Court will not stay this case, but it will extend all deadlines, including the August 30, 2024, deadline for the defendant's answer, until the Court rules on plaintiff's #5 Motion to Remand.
