ORDER. This case is consolidated under the lead case, BEAT-LDI JV LLC, et al. v. United States, Case No. 25-82. On February 7, 2025, the Court issued an Order in BEAT granting both plaintiff's motion to seal and plaintiff's motion for a protective order. Accordingly, in the instant case, the Court GRANTS plaintiff's motion to seal #2 and FINDS AS MOOT plaintiff's motion for a protective order #3 .
