December 29, 2016 Opinion or Order Filing 57 ORDER granting 56 Joint Motion for Approval of Settlement. The Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release (Doc. 56-1) is APPROVED by the Court as a fair and reasonable resolution of a bona fide dispute under the FLSA. Plaintiff's Motion to Con ditionally Certify FLSA Collective Action and Facilitate Notice to Potential Class Members and Incorporated Memorandum of Law (Doc. 19 ) is DENIED as moot. Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 40 ) is DENIED as moot. Because Plaintiff was granted permission to proceed in forma pauperis in this matter, Plaintiff is directed to pay the filing fee, out of the recovery of her costs, within ten (10) days from the date of this Order.
