ORDER denying 15 Morgan & Morgan Complex Litigation Group, LLC's Motion to Dismiss as Party Defendant. This law firm does not appear to be a named defendant in the Amended Complaint; therefore, dismissal is unnecessary. Defendants' M otion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction (Doc. 18 ) is DENIED as moot. Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 8(a) (Doc. 19 ) is GRANTED. Plaintiff's Amended Complaint (Doc. 13 ) is dismissed without prejudi ce to refiling a Second Amended Complaint on or before December 20, 2017. Failure to file a Second Amended Complaint by this date will result in this matter being closed. Any arguments regarding failure to state a claim are not addressed at this ti me, pending the filing of a Second Amended Complaint. Plaintiff's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (Doc. 20 ) is DENIED as moot. Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 26 ) is DENIED as moot.
