TEXT ORDER directing Attorney John Silverfield to comply with this Court's local rules. Under Local Rule 2.02(b)(1), Attorney Silverfield appeared in this case on behalf of Plaintiffs by filing the Complaint, (Doc. #1), and two motions for special admission, (Docs. #3, #4), through his CM/ECF account. See M.D. Fla. R. 2.02(b)(1) ("A lawyer's pleading, motion, or other paper serves as that lawyer's appearance in an action."). However, despite being notified that he failed to affix his signature to the filings he presented to the Court, the docket reflects that Attorney Silverfield has yet to file a notice of appearance or correct his signature omissions. Accordingly, no later than 2/25/2022, Attorney Silverfield must file: (1) a notice of appearance on behalf of Plaintiffs, which corrects his signature omissions; or (2) a motion to withdraw as counsel of record that complies with Local Rule 2.02(c).
