ORDER GRANTING 7 Plaintiff's Amended Motion to Remand. The Clerk is DIRECTED to remand this case to the Circuit Court for the Fourth Judicial Circuit, in and for Duval County, Florida. The parties shall confer on or before March 15, 2019, to resolve the amount of attorney's fees due from Family Dollar to Plaintiffs for the wrongful removal of this case.
