ORDER GRANTING #1 Petitioner's Verified Petition for the Return of Minor Children Pursuant to International Treaty and Federal Statute and Request for Issuance of Show Cause Order. The Court's Preliminary Injunction remains in place until further order of this Court. The Clerk is DIRECTED to immediately release the children's passports to Petitioner or her counsel. Petitioner is authorized to leave the jurisdiction of this Court and return to Japan with the minor children no earlier than Wed., November 7, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. Petitioner shall file notice confirming the children's safe arrival within 24 hours of their arrival in Japan.
