ORDER granting in part and denying in part #1 Petition to Enforce Internal Revenue Service Summons. 1. On or before November 19, 2018, the Government shall: a. Serve a copy of the Motion, its attachments, and this Order on Batten; and b. File an executed return of service with the Court; 2. Batten shall, within twenty-one days from the date she is served with this order, either: a. Fully comply with the summons after coordinating same with Officer Spry and file a notice with the Court stating she has fully complied with the summons; or b. Show cause in writing why she should not be ordered to fully comply with the summons. Batten's response must contain a memorandum of law, and be accompanied by evidence (e.g., affidavits) supporting any allegations of fact; and 3. In all other respects, the Motion is DENIED.
