The Court ORDERS that the relief requested in the Trial Brief is GRANTED in PART as to Plaintiffs' request for attorney's fees for prosecution of the Trademark Infringement Claim and the award of prejudgment interest and DENIED as to all other relief sought. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment in favor of Plaintiffs in the amount of $450,000.00, with appropriate prejudgment interest calculated at the rate of 5.5% compounded a nnually from the date of infringement of September 28, 2006, through the date of judgment and to CLOSE this case. Plaintiffs are directed to file a memorandum in support of their request for reasonable attorneys fees for the prosecution of the tradem ark infringement claim, or Count III of the Amended Complaint, within ten days of the date of this Order.
