(3) The motion is DENIED as to $66.00 of Defendant's request for &# 036;196.44 copying costs and as to $40.00 of the requested $105.00 for the costs of serving a subpoena on Apex. (4) The motion is GRANTED as to the remaining costs. (5) The Clerk of the Court is DIRECTED to tax costs against Plaintiff in the amount of $1,940.24 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1920 and 1921.
