The debtor took advantage of the Bankruptcy Court's Order (Dkt. 383) and converted her Chapter 13 case to a Chapter 7 in lieu of dismissal (Dkts. 385, 387). After converting to Chapter 7 the debtor filed a notice of appeal to this Court, from the (former) Chapter 13 Order (Dkt. 383). The debtor now seeks to have this present Chapter 13 appeal remanded to the Bankruptcy Court. This appeal is dismissed without prejudice.
