April 27, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 3 ENDORSED ORDER denying temporary restraining order: The request for temporary restraining order arises out of a code enforcement proceeding that appears to be ongoing under the aegis of state court and/or local authorities. It would appear that the proposed order would involve this court in staying or reviewing those matters and the motion seeks to avoid or stop apparently-imminent results in those proceedings adverse to Plaintiff. The Court declines to do so on an exparte, TRO basis. The motion is denied. The Plaintiff may seek a preliminary injunction and serve same upon the defendant parties in a lawsuit that Plaintiff intends to file. The Court will entertain this matter after service has been accomplished and notice given. The Court will promptly move to set a hearing with notice once (if) this is accomplished. Signed by Judge William F. Jung on 4/27/2023. (Jung, William) Modified on 4/27/2023 (Jung, William).
