ORDER: Jones's #15 motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED to the extent that this case may proceed without the prepayment of the entire filing fee. But Jones is still assessed the total $350.00 filing fee in this case. The CLERK must mail a copy of this order and the #15 prisoner consent form and financial certificate to the Administrator of the Inmate Trust Fund Account, c/o Falkenburg Road Jail, 520 North Falkenburg Road, Tampa, FL, 33619. Jones's #13 motion to amend is DENIED without prejudice. Jones may file a Sixth Amended Complaint that contains all factual allegations and legal arguments no later than March 31, 2025.
