Filing 6 ORDER: Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis #2 is GRANTED. Plaintiff is not required to pay the filing fee. The Clerk is DIRECTED to send a Notice of Electronic Filing of the complaint to the appropriate office within the Social Security Administrative Office of General Counsel and to the United States Attorney for this District. The clerk of court is also DIRECTED to send to the parties a form for consenting to magistrate judge jurisdiction. After the Defendant responds to Plaintiff's Complaint, the Court will enter an Order directing the parties to file memoranda of law addressing the issues in this case.
